Returns and Exchanges Policy

Towpath Tennis Shop will accept returns of any item that is unworn, undamaged, still tagged, and sent back within 30 business days of the original purchase date. Items with copy of original receipt must be returned in as-purchased condition, and in the original manufacturer boxes, bags and/or packaging provided. Once we get the item back, we will evaluate the product to be sure it is in acceptable return condition and, if so, we can then give you an exchange, store credit, or refund - less shipping charges. If you are returning in-store, please allow up to 24 hours for refund to process/48 hours if on the weekend. If the item appears to be worn, is missing tags, or returned later than the 30-day grace period, we cannot give a refund. 

Racquet Returns & Warranty Info

  • A racquet to be returned must be in BRAND NEW CONDITION with the plastic manufacturer wrap on the handle with all or any point of purchase material in place. You will not receive credit for any custom stringing, shipping or handling from the original purchase.
  • Racquets have a 1 year limited warranty from the manufacturer for any defects. Warranty claim will be sent to the manufacturer for evaluation, in which the manufacturer has full discretion as to accept the claim as defective. If purchased racquet is no longer available, a store credit will be given in the amount of the original purchase price. 

Shoe Returns & Warranty Info

  • Shoes must be returned in the original manufacturer box in brand new condition as it was received. No shoes will be accepted that show any sign of wear. (Determination will reside solely on the discretion of Towpath Tennis)
  • Shoes with outside warranty should be returned DIRECTLY TO THE MANUFACTURER as directed on the warranty card received in the original shoebox. Please see below for each Brands policy for returns:

 

Adidas Procedure: Send your shoes including name, address, phone number, email address, and date purchased, an original invoice (which we can fax or mail to you if needed) along with an $13.25 check made payable to Adidas. Email consumer.relations@adidas.com for additional information or questions.***Adidas Warranty valid in the contiguous US only

Babolat Procedure: Please send your warranted Babolat shoes back to:

Send the shoes back along with your original proof of purchase and a check for $9.95 for the cost of shipping back to you. You can make checks payable to Babolat.

Prince Procedure: Call 1-800-283-6647 and select option #1. Request a return authorization (R/A) number. Ship shoes including name, address, phone number and date purchased along with an original invoice (which we can fax or mail to you if needed).

Nike Procedure: For an explanation of the guidelines for returning Nike shoes, contact Nike Consumer Affairs at 1-800-344-6453. They will give you a claim number which you will need when sending in your shoes.

Wilson Procedure: Send your shoes including name, address, phone number and date purchased along with an original invoice (which we can fax or mail to you if needed).

Please note: Delivery on all UPS and US Postal orders will be during the business week of Monday-Friday ONLY.

Free Ground Shipping on orders over $75 (USD)

  • Valid in the contiguous U.S. only.
  • Does not apply to items that are backordered.
  • Order must have a weight of 12lbs or less.

 

Contiguous US Ground Shipping      $5.95 per order

  • Please allow up to 2-5 days for ground delivery.
  • We are not responsible for weather related delays.

     

Local Pick-Up                                 Free on any order 

  • If you live locally or plan to stop in the store, then save on shipping by picking up your order at no additional charge.
  • Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed (Mon-Fri).
